Our consulting practice involves working with hospitals, health systems, managed/ambulatory care and credentialing verification organizations in the following related areas:

Assessments of medical staff office systems that support the medical staff governance structure and its organization including credentialing and privileging, meeting management, review and development of bylaws, rules, policy manuals and/or other governance documents, integration with quality management functions (peer review/PI/profiles), and assistance with software selection/installations.
Assessment and/or development of credentialing systems, policies, procedures.
Assessment and/or development of clinical privileges, performance based criteria, and/or scope of services for physicians, AHPs, and contract personnel.
Development/implementation of action plan for design or re-engineering of credentialing centralization systems and medical staff restructure.
Assessment for and assistance with accreditation-regulatory compliance and survey preparation, corrective action plan (JCAHO, NCQA, AAAHC).
Development of allied health credentialing program/documents/ forms/policies.
Performance of staffing analysis for credentialing and medical staff office personnel.
Expert opion for legal issues regarding credentialing and medical staff governance.

Aside from the traditional on site services, some organizations request phone consultations to help resolve a particular situation for which an on site assessment is not necessary. Other organizations like to have on-going dialogue for a period of time following assessment and/or project implementation.

C MOBLEY & ASSOCIATES, LLC has qualified individuals to oversee the day-to-day operations on a long term basis during recruitment. In addition, their extensive, national network can be beneficial when applications are received to help evaluate and interview potential candidates. They can also train new hires with little to no experience.
